CONTRACTUAL ADDENDUM (CLAUSE 2.4) This Addendum forms an integral part of the Sproucrest LTD Student Engagement Agreement. It establishes the rights, client responsibilities, and financial terms regarding specialized advisory services, compliance requirements, and operational costs. Section 2.4 Advisory Compliance, Specialized Processing, and Failure Costs The Client explicitly acknowledges that successful outcomes across all international educational and financial pathways including university admissions, passage or financial loan disbursements, and visa applications depend strictly upon the Client’s adherence to the official directives, preparation strategies, and interview guidelines issued by Sproucrest LTD. Where Sproucrest LTD executes specialized services, including loan processing, application compilation, and interview coaching: a. Retained Fees: All advisory and processing fees are fully earned upon execution of work and remain strictly nonrefundable regardless of outcome. b. Breach of Advisory and Client Deviation: If a passage loan, university application, or visa request is refused or rejected due to the Client's failure to follow instructions, deviation from recommended interview responses, or noncompliance with agency guidance, Sproucrest LTD shall bear zero liability for the failure. c. Damage and Administrative Assessment: In cases of client induced rejection or rework, the Client remains fully liable for all primary service fees and agrees to pay an Administrative Rework or Damage Assessment Fee to cover expended labor, expert hours, and ongoing file maintenance. 2.
